"It is not wrong to go back for that which you have forgotten." warm-tubed modern acid-funk with an optimistic vibe and a fast-paced beat, a rich meeting of minds!
Favorite track: Sankofa Song.
Aloha Got Soul
These two naturally compliment each other! Andrew Ashong's subtle soul aligns beautifully with Kaidi's unique sound. Hoping more releases are on the horizon :)
Favorite track: Washed in You.

The project takes both artists to new heights as they seamlessly complement each other’s musical language, giving voice to productions that criss-cross genre and time to move into their own distinct lane.

Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. The feel of the tunes makes me feel like the Impressions do, Curtis Mayfield, the big spaces and instinctive horns and stuff drifting in and out. Great grooves and I can see lots of ghosts nodding along to this with big smiles on their faces. At last! Anthony Cottrell
